We mourn the passing of Billy Frank, Jr.
He was fond of quoting what his father had said growing up: “When the tide is in. The table is set.”
Billy worked tirelessly to try and get things back to the way they were when his father was a child. He also sparked the desire to see a return to those ways in the generations that came after him.
